Walking into the south entrance of the winery, you will find our beautiful and inviting tasting room. The tasting room is highlighted by the original barn beams, high ceilings, rustic finish and turn of the century furnishings. For many, it will bring to mind memories and images of an era gone by, filled with fun and ambiance. Relax, enjoy the warm atmosphere and try our great wines. > view photos of our Tasting Room
The winery is housed in our renovated barn built in 1926. With the barn badly in need of repair, in 2001 we began our family's commitment to convert this majestic, historic building into a winery for Beresan. Two years later, reconstruction was complete, and we opened our doors to the public for the first time on December 4th, 2003.
Utilizing the west half of the barn, new meets old with our modern, climate-controlled barrel storage. The precise atmospheric controls and 22 months of storage in French oak barrels enable the wines to develop and finish to perfection. Also found in the winery is our production area for crushing, fermentation and additional storage for our bottled wines.
